I’m Bindiya Puri, and it is my honour to guide you on a journey of inner peace, emotional well-being, and holistic healing through the transformative power of sound.

From a young age, I’ve felt a deep connection to the universe, often reflecting on life’s mysteries and the beauty of its intricacies. Along the way, I discovered my natural ability to support, guide, and bring comfort to those around me.

I have always believed in the body’s innate capacity to heal and the profound effects of natural therapies. My own experiences with healing have shaped my understanding and approach to wellness. Sound healing offers a gentle, complementary path to nurture your mind, body, and spirit — alongside any care you may already be receiving.

For years, I balanced a career in the corporate world while raising a family. Everything changed in 2022 during my travels, when I experienced sound healing for the first time. The resonance and energy of that experience awakened something deep within me — I recognised the positive energy I carry and knew I had found my true calling.

This inspired me to pursue formal training in sound healing. I earned my Level 1 and Level 2 Diplomas in both group and 1-on-1 Integral Sound Healing from the prestigious Sound Healing Academy.

This is a complementary session via Zoom or mobile call for anyone who is curious to know more about sound healing and whether it resonates with them.

Suitable for people who want to heal deeply from past experiences through immersing in an integral sound healing journey. Commences with an initial exploration of your health and wellbeing priorities, balancing your biofield and offering sound therapy with a range of therapeutic instruments, tailored to individual needs.

When booking the session, any initial session will automatically be allocated for up to 2 hours (even if the 1.15 slot is selected).

Suitable for couples who want to share a personal healing space or for friends and family who want to experience healing together in a session that will be tailored to their needs.

All the equipment and information will be brought to your workplace and tailored to your needs to create a more balanced and productive work environment.

Based on your space and convenience, employees can benefit from the program whilst seated on chairs or laying down on their mats.
